Europe’s first uMR Ultra installed at Beyond Imaging’s diagnostic center in Kiel What started as a shared vision is now becoming reality. Earlier this year, United Imaging Healthcare and Beyond Imaging announced a strategic partnership with a clear ambition: to expand access to high-end, AI-powered diagnostic imaging across Germany and help shape the future of patient care together. Today, we are proud to see the first tangible result of that partnership. The first uMR Ultra in Germany and the first in Europe has now been installed at Beyond Imaging's new MRI and CT Diagnostic Center in Kiel. Beyond Imaging is building a nationwide network of modern diagnostic centers across Germany, combining high-end imaging, digital excellence, and patient-centered care. As a strong healthcare partner, Beyond Imaging is committed to making high-quality diagnostics more accessible and setting new standards for the future of patient care. This milestone was celebrated with a public open house: Guests enjoyed an outstanding educational program featuring presentations from leading physicians from Kiel as well as experts from United Imaging Healthcare. Dedicated sessions on CT and MRI innovations provided valuable insights into the future of diagnostic imaging. The evening concluded with networking and an afterparty, highlighting the importance of collaboration, knowledge exchange, and strong partnerships in driving innovation in radiology. Located in a region with a strong academic and clinical heritage, the new center in Kiel brings cutting-edge MRI technology closer to patients and healthcare professionals across Schleswig-Holstein. The uMR Ultra introduces groundbreaking capabilities, including Live Imaging technology, enabling real-time visualization during MRI examinations without compromising image quality. This supports more precise diagnostics, improved assessment of moving anatomy, and ultimately better-informed clinical decision-making.
