What happens when colleagues from across countries, functions and disciplines come together to learn, share expertise and experiment with new technologies? That’s exactly what our UNIQA commUNIties make possible. Recently, two commUNIties brought AI to life through hands-on learning experiences: The Value Proposition Chapter of the P&C commUNIty welcomed Product Managers from different markets to Vienna to explore how AI can support Product Development. Together, they transformed challenges from everyday business into practical AI use cases that are now ready for testing and further development. The Data & Analytics commUNIty, in cooperation with the Data & AI Architecture Chapter, invited colleagues from 10 countries and multiple functions to Budapest for an AI Bootcamp. Participants worked side by side to design and build an agentic AI solution, turning newly acquired knowledge into a tangible business use case. While the formats were different, the idea was the same: bringing people together across borders and functions to learn from each other, build new capabilities and create solutions with real business impact. #livingbettertogether #commUNIties #collaboration
