The 5th birthday of the #UniperTraineeProgram 🎉 This October we had the great pleasure to celebrate the 5th anniversary of our #TraineeProgram! Since its birth, our Trainee Program has constantly evolved & developed in various facets, like the Trainee Curriculum, the Trainee Community, opportunities for international placements, company networks & much more. We are also very happy about our takeover rate of over 95% over the past years. Even 11 out of 15 trainees from our 1st #TraineeIntake 2016 are still be a part of the #UniperFamily, pursuing successful careers in various business units.
