Awarded by the EU in Kosovo, the award recognises Shqipe’s incredible impact on advancing gender equality, empowering women in sustainable energy and fostering the next generation of women leaders within sectors usually dominated by men. As the co-founder of Kosovo Women in Energy and Mining, she is changing the lives of hundreds of students and professionals through her mentorship and training programmes.
