At Unilin, we strongly believe in internal growth and development. The careers of team leaders Marc Poelvoorde and Mathijs Depuydt are a great example. Marc joined Unilin in 1984 and rose to become team leader. Mathijs started in 2010 as an operator on the same press line where Marc was then team leader. Today, Marc is training Mathijs as his successor, as he prepares for his upcoming retirement. “We’ve come full circle,” says Mathijs. “Marc was there at the start of my career; now I’m seeing him off at the end of his career.” Read the full story and discover our vacancies.
