On 23rd March, we were honoured to host the Joe Shannon Culinary Competition, in collaboration with Cliste Hospitality. It was a day of exceptional cooking, passion, and creativity - all in memory of a chef who inspired so many across our industry. A sincere thank you to the talented chefs who took part, the judges, Keith Mahon for photography, and everyone who helped make the day such a fitting tribute to Joe's legacy.
