🌍 36 colleagues from across Central and Eastern Europe. One shared ambition to lead. 🎓 TalentED brought together UniCredit's brightest CEE talents for a full year of growth: sharpening their leadership instincts, deepening their business knowledge and building relationships that stretch across borders. 🤝 The final chapter of the programme was the hardest and the most rewarding. Six international teams took on real business challenges, developed concrete solutions and presented them to a senior jury in Milan.
