🚀 Europe's most strategic sectors are moving. UniCredit is moving with them. https://lnkd.in/eSnatz4B ⚔️ Defence, energy, infrastructure: three sectors reshaping the continent's future. In Q1 2026, our Advisory & Financing Solutions teams supported some of Europe's most consequential corporate transactions, delivering execution and certainty when it mattered most. 🛡️ In defence, we served as Joint Global Coordinator on CSG's €3.8bn IPO, the largest ever European defence listing, and as Joint Bookrunner on VINCORION's €345m IPO, 10x oversubscribed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Alongside financing support for others such as Leonardo and FINCANTIERI, our commitment to Europe's security sector is concrete and growing. ⚡ In energy, we led Eni's €9bn RCF, the largest in Southern Europe this year, supported Trafigura's US$5.8bn multi-currency facility, and helped Enel Group reopen the Italian hybrid market with a €2bn dual tranche issuance. Across renewables, LNG and grids, and storage, a host of clients, from Amprion to Eurogrid and Encavis have been counting on our expertise. 🏗️ In infrastructure and digital, we underwrote SAVE S.p.A (Venice Airport)'s €1bn project financing, arranged maincubes SECURE DATACENTERS' €1.8bn data centre platform investment, and supported a host of others, including Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, Aeroporti di Roma and Germany’s Wascosa Holding Group. On top of this, we have also shown the strength of our partnerships and geographical reach through deals such as Allwyn's full acquisition of OPAP, partnering with Alpha Bank and Axia across European markets. 🌍 Meanwhile, we have been active on the M&A front in CEE, acting as Joint Financial Advisor to Abris Capital Partners on the sale of AURES Holdings, and as Joint M&A Advisor on the sale of Престиж-96 АД | Prestige-96 AD to Valeo Foods Group, a Bain Capital portfolio company - one of Bulgaria's most significant transactions of the year.
