🎓 Tomorrow starts with today's skills: how UniCredit is investing in the next generation. https://lnkd.in/e8UaJDha 🌱 World Youth Skills Day is a reminder of the importance of helping young people develop the skills that will shape the future. At UniCredit, creating opportunities for them to learn, grow and succeed is a core part of our purpose. 🤝 The UniCredit Foundation plays a key part in this through partnerships with organisations like Junior Achievement Europe and Teach for All, grassroots initiatives and research projects that tackle educational poverty Europe-wide. 💡 Through fully-funded courses for students and NEETs (those not in education, employment or training) we are helping young people boost their employability and build the skills they need to meet the demands of the green transition. 🙌 Our people are becoming mentors and educators to the next generation through volunteering. In Italy, the Banking Academy is helping build greater financial literacy in schools and in Germany, HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland Financial Workshops are reaching thousands of young people each year. 🚀 At UniCredit we are also committed to hiring and developing bright new talent through our UniCredit Corporate University.
