Play is one of the first ways children learn about the world. It helps them build connection, language, imagination, confidence and the skills they need to thrive. But new global data show that millions of young children are missing out on play with their caregivers and lack access to play materials at home. It's time to make play part of every child's daily life, at home, in communities and everywhere children are. #InternationalDayOfPlay
