Four-year-old Enoch, from Tuvalu, due to a genetic disability, cannot speak, eat, or stand without help. He relies on his mother, Vanessa, for everything. She hopes that one day, trained teachers will be able to support children like her son. Children with disabilities need more than love and support from those closest to them.
