Inclusive early years is not just a child development agenda—it is an equity, inclusion, and human capital agenda. At the #II4E convening, business leaders, government, practitioners, caregivers, and development partners came together around a shared commitment: that every child, regardless of ability or circumstance, has the opportunity to thrive. A key takeaway from the discussions is that inclusion cannot be achieved by any one sector alone. It requires collective action, stronger partnerships, and a shared commitment to early identification, caregiver support, and disability inclusion.
