But, as a business of 2,000 people across 11 countries, how do we make sure every newcomer is set up for success from day one?   Our answer is URW Fundamentals. Grounded in our belief in the power of human connection, this signature in-person onboarding experience immerses new starters in our business, our culture, how we work together and the impact that we have through our activities.   This year’s edition built on the success of previous sessions. We welcomed almost 100 European newcomers to our Paris HQ for the 2-day onboarding session. New team members received a 360° vision of the URW universe, from our businesses to our culture and ambitions, including talks from passionate leaders and business experts – with some fun along the way. The session also included visits to two of our assets, Westfield Les 4 Temps and the @Trinity Tower office building, and the chance to network with teams from across our departments and regions.   More than an onboarding programme, URW Fundamentals strengthens connection, deepens understanding of who we are as a Group and helps every new joiner feel part of the company's momentum.
