As Earth Month comes to a close, we are proud to share the sustainability progress made by the Group in 2025. At Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, sustainability is not a one‑off focus but a year‑round commitment, fully embedded in how we operate and do business. Thanks to the energy and dedication of our teams and partners, we continue to advance across the three pillars of our landmark Better Places roadmap: Environmental Transition, Sustainable Experience and Thriving Communities. Here are the key highlights from 2025: ✅ Environmental Transition: In 2025, our centres achieved a -83.9% reduction in Scopes 1 & 2 carbon emissions compared to our 2015 baseline year – on track to meet our target of -90% by 2030. Across Scopes 1, 2 & 3, they showed a -44.9% reduction, on track to hit our -50% target by 2030. We also sent just 1.1% of our waste to landfill in Europe, reached 32 MWp of installed renewable energy capacity, and most recently became the first real estate company to validate a nature-related target with the Science Based Targets Network (SBTN). ✅ Sustainable Experience: 60.9% of our European portfolio is now assessed under the Better Places Certification (up from 29.2% in 2024), with 14 additional assets earning the certification in 2025, bringing the total to 28 across Europe. 73.5% of Group revenues are covered by the Sustainable Retail Index. We continued integrating sustainability into the customer journey through events including the Westfield Good Festival. ✅ Thriving Communities: More than 26,000 people secured jobs or training in 2025 through our initiatives, such as URW for Jobs and Step into Retail programmes. Internally, 100% of our employees have annual sustainability objectives, 95.3% of them completed sustainability training and 79.6% took part in volunteering programmes. 43.2% of senior management positions were held by women, successfully meeting our goal of maintaining at least 40%. All these results reflect our long-term commitment to the environmental transition, the sustainable transformation of retail and to the communities in which we operate. Congratulations to all URW teams for turning our sustainability ambitions into reality.  👉 You can read a full breakdown of our 2025 sustainability progress here: https://lnkd.in/dGWN2h4f Vincent Rouget, Sylvain Montcouquiol, Anne-Sophie Sancerre, Fabrice Mouchel, Kathleen Verelst, Dominic Lowe, Vincent JEAN-PIERRE, Jakub Skwarlo, Bruno Donjon de St Martin, Carlos HOMET BELTRÁN, Christi Karandikar, David Zeitoun, Emmanuelle LOUVET, Elsa Delcher, Nicolas Menache, Anna Drozdowski Bonsey, Theo Almairac, Diane Auger, Anais Gruel, Théo Bourdois, Bérangère Soler, Clément Jeannin, Quentin Détré   #ReinventBeingTogether #BetterPlaces #ReinventRetail #EnvironmentalTransition #SustainableExperience #ThrivingCommunities #Sustainability #Westfield #EarthDay #EarthMonth
