Since joining the Group in 2014, she's blazed a trail through our Leasing and Development departments, learning the commercial real estate business and acquiring the skills and experience to be a leader in our industry.     "I joined URW almost by chance," she explains. "I saw an ad on my business school’s website for a role at the company, so I applied. I really didn't know anything about the real estate industry, but I found the people I met during my interviews so inspiring and motivating that I knew it was the right place for me.”    According to Emmanuelle, “URW doesn’t recruit people with one skill to fill a specific task.
