Meet Adrian Guillermo Idiazabal, our Director of Development & Construction Management, Spain.    Adrian joined the Group in 2018 as a Senior Operating Manager, after training as a lawyer and then working in finance and consultancy. His diverse experience gave him a fresh perspective that we welcomed here at URW, and it drove him to explore different sides of our business.     "URW fosters internal mobility.
