#Groundbreaking - We’re thrilled to announce that, alongside our co-developer Mill Creek Residential, we officially broke ground on the redevelopment of Westfield Garden State Plaza in New Jersey, one of the most successful and iconic shopping centres on the East Coast of the US.     Work commenced this week on a community-driven vision to revitalise 13 acres of land adjacent to the shopping centre. This initial phase will introduce a vibrant, walkable town centre for Paramus, complete with 575 luxury apartment homes, a one-acre town square and a dynamic mix of street-level shops, restaurants, parks and greenspaces. Our goal is to create a unique, sustainability-oriented destination where the community can live, work, shop and play. Our design also prioritises sustainability, with features including renewable energy use, natural materials, EV charging stations, and enhanced access to public transportation.
