The next wave of senior leaders for UNHCR have just been announced by UN Secretary-General António Guterres. Tressa Rae Finerty will serve as the next Deputy High Commissioner. Edem Wosornu will serve as the next Assistant High Commissioner for Protection. Antón Leis García will serve as the next Assistant High Commissioner for Operations. These senior leaders are trailblazers in the humanitarian space, bringing a wealth of knowledge, skills and leadership to help serve refugees and bring solutions to people forced to flee all over the world.
