Bellinzona e Valli: Shaping an Outdoor Identity 🌄 Bellinzona e Valli is a unique destination where city and mountains meet within minutes: a rare setting that naturally shapes a strong outdoor identity. In this project, we worked on defining a clear positioning and narrative that turns a rich outdoor offer into a coherent, authentic and long-term strategy. 👉 Our approach focused on: • Authentic storytelling rooted in real people and local communities • A multisport vision (bike, trail running, climbing, canyoning, winter sports) • B2B positioning as a training camp hub for clubs and federations • Year-round, sustainable outdoor tourism This work lays the foundation for a 2025–2027 vision, positioning Bellinzona e Valli as one of Switzerland’s most authentic and accessible outdoor destinations. 🔗 Read the full story here: https://lnkd.in/drB22qiB
