🌱 Shaping the Future of Agriculture through Skills Development. A technical workshop led by the AKENTEN APPIAH-MENKA UNIVERSITY OF SKILLS TRAINING AND ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT(AAMUSTED_GH) an implementation partner under the BEAR III Projectis advancing the development of two new National Competency-Based Training (CBT) curricula for Agriculture #TVET in Ghana. Grounded in a comprehensive skills gap analysis across the agricultural ecosystem, this initiative is focused on creating high-quality, demand-driven curricula and modern pedagogical resources. A key milestone in this process is the development of industry-validated occupational standards, designed in collaboration with leading industry stakeholders to ensure relevance and impact.
