⚖️ How can justice systems harness the benefits of AI while protecting human rights, judicial independence, and public trust? This question was at the centre of the Regional Dialogue on Responsible AI in Justice convened by UNDP, the Thailand Institute of Justice, and Chulalongkorn University in #Bangkok. Bringing together judges, policymakers, academics, and technology experts from across Asia and the Pacific, the dialogue explored how AI is already transforming justice systems — and why governance, accountability, and human oversight must evolve alongside innovation. Speakers reflected on the need for people-centred approaches to AI adoption, emphasizing that technology should expand access to justice rather than deepen existing inequalities.
