Last week marked our first 𝙃𝙍 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙭 𝙄𝙏 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙮, bringing cross-functional teammates together for connection, collaboration and big-picture thinking. Throughout the day, teammates explored practical ways to use AI, automation, Microsoft Copilot, virtual reality and other emerging technologies to make work easier, smarter and more connected across UA. The goal: help teammates spend less time navigating systems and more time focused on the work that moves us forward. To close out the day, the group headed to a Baltimore Orioles game, a reminder that strong partnerships aren’t just built in meetings.
