“A breakthrough in global financing… a platform in which borrowing countries sit together, learn from each other, and speak with a collective voice.” With these words, United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres marks the launch of the Borrowers’ Platform at the Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and The World Bank Group.
