How do we age without getting old? For centuries, people have searched for ways to live longer. Yet perhaps the more important question is: “How can we live better while living longer?” I recently had the opportunity to explore this topic in an article published in Longevity Magazine: “Yaş Alırken Genç Kalma Sanatı” (The Art of Staying Young While Growing Older). While longevity is often associated with supplements, technology, or medical breakthroughs, the strongest evidence still points to four fundamental pillars: ✔ Proper nutrition ✔ Regular physical activity ✔ Continuous mental stimulation ✔ Strong social connections What struck me most while researching and writing this article was a simple realization: Healthy aging is less about extraordinary interventions and more about consistent daily choices. Small behavioral changes, repeated over time, can have a profound impact on both lifespan and healthspan. Because adding years to life is important. But adding life to years is what truly matters. My sincere thanks to Longevity Magazine for the opportunity to contribute to this important conversation.
