A few weeks in-seat at Axion and some early observations. I was already bullish before I joined, but I didn't fully appreciate the power of the technology until I started working real opportunities. Axion genuinely improves lives, from medical devices to home appliances, with quality intelligence at the center. That part exceeded my expectations. The onboarding has been nothing short of incredible. On my second day I was invited to a Directors' off-site, a fantastic way to meet peers, build relationships, and hit the ground running. The conversations that followed over the next two weeks were some of the most energizing I've had in my career.
