What happens when a showroom turns into an interactive experience? ✨ Take a look back at the Warema Sun Forum to see how digital solutions are redefining the point of sale. Spanning around 1,600 m², we created more than just an exhibition for WAREMA: a stylised village comprising various 'houses', where visitors can experience innovative sun protection solutions in context and in an emotional, personalised setting. The key lies in a consistently integrated digital customer journey. ➡️ Digital touchpoints provide in-depth product information,  ➡️ A specially developed advisory app allows users to save content via smartphone and create a personal product portfolio,  ➡️ An interactive 'village fountain' serves as a central digital advisory point. The experience is exploratory rather than linear, allowing users to discover content in a playful and self-directed way. This is how a sales area becomes a tangible experience. The result is a showroom that seamlessly connects the digital and physical worlds, which won the Red Dot Design Award in the “Digital Solutions” category in 2021.
