We celebrated the transformation of the Gloucester Marine Station into a next-generation marine science hub last week! Notably, the project includes a Living Seawall, the second in North America, that will serve as a coastal laboratory. The completion of $4.4 million in long-planned upgrades also includes a new dock and crane system and 17,000 square feet of upgraded research and education space. Thanks to these improvements, students will have access to a seamless lab-to-ocean way to study coastal resilience. https://lnkd.in/gjR-NjfG
