This past weekend, we were invited to attend the 7th Scandinavian Association for Glycogen Storage Disease (SAGSD) Conference, where we connected with patients, caregivers, advocates, and healthcare professionals and learned about the latest research and efforts to improve the lives of the GSD community. As requested, we also presented on Ultragenyx’s engagement and partnership with the #GSDIa patient advocacy community, highlighting our unwavering commitment to listening, collaborating, incorporating lived experience and feedback, and advancing progress together. Hearing directly from individuals and families around the world is invaluable. Their insights will continue to shape how we approach and advance our research. Thank you to the SAGSD for bringing the global community together and fostering collaboration as we work toward our shared goal of advancing urgently needed treatment options.
