Safety in tech isn’t just about hardware, especially in the era of AI. That was one of many topics discussed in a recent interview with our President and CEO Jennifer Scanlon, who was a guest on The Verge's Decoder podcast. We’re revisiting the interview in recognition of this National Safety Month. When asked about technologies that UL Solutions is focused on, Scanlon discussed AI safety: “Some of the most current [technologies] are AI safety, the ways in which AI is being embedded in products, and the ways in which humans engage with the safety of AI and products.
