Kicking off Day 1 of our Annual Research Symposium in Chicago! This year’s theme — Safety Science Education: Translating Research for Societal Impact — is designed to bring together educators, fellows, and leaders to explore a critical question: How do we solve the safety challenges of the future? We believe research and education are a continuous cycle — fueling learning for future scientists, supporting firefighters with evidence-based strategies, and empowering communities to better protect themselves and their loved ones.
