What a pleasure it was to meet Stefan Marquard today. Stefan is a Michelin-starred chef, TV personality, cookbook author, and trainer of top chefs. I'm incredibly grateful to him—nearly 15 years ago, he was the one who helped me take a look behind the scenes of the gastronomy world and everything that comes with it. He opened doors and eyes for me back then, and he's still doing it today. Stefan is not only a remarkable professional but also a truly great person. He—and other top experts like him—serve as benchmarks and a constant source of inspiration when we develop and manufacture our products.
