Today I had the pleasure to show to new and interested engineers a Alstom locomotive. To me touching, feeling and understanding the product you work for is the keyfactor for doing a great job. In addition it gave also the chance to explain the special and fascinating world of railway to my colleagues. I must say it also was for myself a great motivation boost to see new colleagues getting fascinated by our product 😁
