Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have announced that the landmark UK-India Free Trade Agreement comes into effect on 15 July! From Day 1, 99% of UK tariffs and 90% of Indian tariffs will be liberalised making bilateral trade cheaper, quicker, and easier than ever before. Streamlined customs and border processes and improved access and rules will allow businesses to trade with confidence. Small and medium-sized enterprises will benefit from bespoke support.
