📍 Gaza | Launch of ‘National Capacity Building Programme’ (NCBP)     Last week, our team in #Gaza began a new programme working with national staff — to strengthen approaches towards training and learning.    This will include:  👟 Training of Trainers initiative  📖 Establish a systematic approach to learning  🧑‍⚕️ Enhance clinical & non-clinical ways of working  🤝 Develop an ‘International Skills-Sharing Platform’  👥 Establish a 'Learning Suite' in our field hospital     The first session focused on Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) at work, and in the community.        This skill sharing helps save lives.     UK-Med responds to the current healthcare crises and prepares communities for the future.       Stay with Gaza.
