Growing Together – as Brothers and Colleagues Three Brothers, Many Shared Years In In our Family Ties series, we show how family business is truly lived at Uhlmann Pac-Systeme. Today, we focus on the brothers Stefan, Jochen and Patrick. What began with the apprenticeship of the first brother has grown into a family story that continues to this day. Today, the three are connected not only by family ties, but also by their many years together at Uhlmann. 🧩 What connects them? • All three started their careers with an apprenticeship as industrial mechanics at Uhlmann and continued to develop professionally – from advanced technical qualifications to academic studies. • More than 60 years of combined experience at Uhlmann • Regular conversations about the company – even around the family dinner table Shared projects repeatedly brought the brothers together: While Stefan was responsible for scheduling and planning, Jochen and Patrick worked on the technical implementation.
