University of Cambridge Graduate | Civil Service Fast Stream
I am happy to share that I have graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Double First Class degree in Geography. Studying such a breadth of topics across the physical and social sciences has been immensely rewarding and has taken me to several new destinations along the way. Looking back on my final year, I am especially proud that my dissertation was awarded the William Vaughan Lewis Prize and that I achieved 90% in my Demography statistics project. Beyond academics, Cambridge has offered so much, foremost making great friends and memories. Some particular highlights from my final year include: - Representing the Cambridge University Swimming and Water Polo Club Blues Team for the third year and captaining it in my final year, leading the team into the 135th Varsity Match. - Being selected as one of the top 10 international finalists out of 700+ participants in the Entente Cordiale Day Challenge final, held in Paris this April, where our team presented our research paper on themes of international security and peacebuilding in the 21st century to a jury panel of academics. I would like to express my gratitude to my amazing family, friends and staff across St Catharine's College Cambridge, the Department of Geography University of Cambridge and the wider Cambridge community for their support throughout. Looking ahead, I am excited to join the UK Civil Service Fast Stream later this summer!
