Sometime back, we took our India team to Jim Corbett. Three days in the forest. Away from the usual pace. Lumenci has been growing quickly, and it felt like the right time to step back for a bit. One of the days was for a few simple team activities and the kind of conversations we don’t always get to have during regular workdays. The rest of the time was just space to unwind. Good reminder that culture isn’t built only in meetings. Grateful for the team — and the pause.
