While 99.9% of loading cycles are smooth, every so often, an incident occurs. With each vehicle collecting over 9,000 containers monthly, accidents can become a numbers game. 🚨 Common causes of incidents include: * Broken containers (e.g., the rail not locking onto the comb correctly) * Clamping mechanism issues on the lifter * Waste falling from overfilled containers * Loaders being pulled during the cycle (this can happen with both automatic and manual systems) * Loaders stepping under the lifted container XTrack strategy to minimize risk is clear: loaders must stay out of the "safety zone" when the lifter is in motion. But no matter how much training is provided, the most effective way to enforce compliance, aside from automating the "lifter stop," is to automate the reporting of unsafe behavior.
