Customers often tell me that they are fed up with their bland, uninspiring SharePoint site and wish it could be as engaging and visually enticing as their external website. So, I am always excited to try out anything that helps me make this wish a reality. Recently, I have been experimenting with the new fix on scroll image backgrounds and clip paths in Beacon (our SharePoint design tool), which has opened up a wealth of design opportunities. Check out the video to see it in action! ๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐โ๐ฆ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ข๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ: ๐ย โข You can add colour overlays to the background image, ensuring high colour contrast between the background and text that complies with accessibility guidelines. โข A single background image can span multiple SharePoint sections, allowing for a seamless design across a 1-column layout with a 3-column layout in between. โข Divider shapes can be added at the top or bottom of sections with one click, and itโs mobile responsive! Iโd love to hear how you would incorporate this feature into your own SharePoint environment. #SharePoint #Intranet #UserExperience #Accessibility #Beacon #SharePointDesign
