Move a robotic arm just by imagining? UCSF scientists, led by Karunesh Ganguly, MD, PhD, at the UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences, have created a brain-computer interface that allows a person with paralysis to control the arm's movement for seven months straight, a first in the field. Supported by The National Institutes of Health, this breakthrough is bringing thought-powered movement closer to real-world use. https://lnkd.in/gUwF5Mis
