Funding opportunity – Apply now for the Mental Health & Wellbeing Catalyst Funding Call (2026/27) Applications are now open for the Mental Health & Wellbeing Early Career Researcher (ECR) Catalyst Grant Call. Grants of up to £10,000 per project are available to support early and early‑mid career staff undertaking innovative, cross‑disciplinary research that aims to translate discovery into practice. Funded projects should deliver impactful, catalytic work that helps to: - build cross‑disciplinary connections - trial new approaches - prepare for larger-scale research bids Projects should generate mechanistic insights that can accelerate the development of new interventions, with a particular focus on prevention and early intervention. The call aligns with UCL’s Grand Challenge of Mental Health & Wellbeing's strategy; building towards its longer‑term ambition to develop a cross‑sectoral Healthy Minds Hub for Prevention and Early Intervention.
