Google Tour Post Recap 🧑‍💻 On February 27th, ICS students had the exciting opportunity to visit Google and explore one of the most innovative workplaces in tech! Students were welcomed by Olivia Hires, who shared insights from her 7+ years at Google while guiding an immersive tour of the office, including the iconic Spruce Goose office, dynamic open-concept workspaces, and collaborative innovation hubs. In addition, students experienced Google’s vibrant culture first-hand through refreshments, games, and interactive activities! After that, students had the chance to connect with other Google employees, including Sofia Vaca, a former 3x intern now working as a full time SWE. She shared insights through her projects, systems she’s worked on, and her overall journey towards success at the company!
