The Co-Centre for Sustainable Food Systems is excited to announce the upcoming Household Food and Health Study. Researchers at Ulster University , Queen's University Belfast University College Cork , and University College Dublin will work with 1,500 households and around 5,000 participants across the island of Ireland to understand how diets, lifestyles and food choices are changing. By involving a wide range of households, we can better understand the challenges and opportunities faced when it comes to healthy and sustainable eating.
