Many congratulations to all the students who graduated last week. Proudly congratulating the students on this special day was UCD International Dean for China and Provost of GDIC - Guangzhou Dublin International College of Life Sciences and Technology at South China Agricultural University, Professor Paul F. who noted a very busy week where almost 750 graduands graduated from 10 programmes between BDIC in Beijing, CDIC in Xi’an and GDIC. Speaking at the event was our own Dean of Agriculture and Head of the UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science , Professor Frank Monahan as well as Dean of Social Sciences and College Principal in the UCD College of Social Sciences and Law, Professor Niamh Moore-Cherry. GDIC offers dual-degree programs (BSc) in Biological Sciences, Food Quality and Safety, and Horticulture, with core modules delivered in English.
