"Biggest ever study on household food and health on island of Ireland begins" Aengus Cox, Agriculture & Consumer Affairs Correspondent at RTE discusses the exciting "Household Food and Health Study" led by researchers in the The Co-Centre for Sustainable Food Systems in partnership with Ulster University , Queen's University Belfast University College Cork. The study will work with 1,500 households and around 5,000 participants across the island of Ireland to understand how diets, lifestyles and food choices are changing. Professor Eileen Gibney, Director of the UCD Institute of Food and Health and Co-Director of the Co-Centre for Sustainable Food Systems said that "by involving such a wide range of households, we can better understand the challenges and opportunities families face when it comes to healthy and sustainable eating". https://lnkd.in/di4iGz7i
