A standout moment was the keynote from Casey Whymark, Head of Global Markets Switzerland, who shared lessons from more than 20 years at UBS and encouraged interns to bring fresh thinking to everything they do: "You're not here to repeat everything that's been done before. You're here to challenge perspectives and find new ways of doing things."
