Meet Stephanie, a Project Manager shaping meaningful change!✨ Stephanie’s journey to the financial services industry began just blocks away from one of our NYC offices, when she was starting out as an engineering student. Stephanie was able to attend campus recruiting events, hearing directly from senior leaders about working in the industry. She saw firsthand how diverse perspectives are valued at the firm, and decided to dive in head first. Working in global financial services today, she enjoys the fast pace and tangible results from her projects. Beyond her role, Stephanie serves on the MOSAIC Asian Professional Community Steering Committee, helping bring cultural celebrations like Lunar New Year and AANHPI Month to life in the office. For her, representation and community go hand in hand. Stephanie celebrates her Asian American heritage personally year‑round through food, art and performances, especially during times of celebration. During AANHPI Month, she finds joy in attending street festivals that pop up around New York City. This month, and year round, we celebrate and champion employees like Stephanie.
