Using AI tools is easy, but spotting the right opportunities and driving value is the real skill. As part of our Graduate Talent Program AI Fluency Pathway, each AI Simulation session gave our grads a hands on opportunity to work through real business challenges and explore how AI can create value responsibly. Through eight sessions, the participants worked in teams as part of a friendly competition. They moved beyond simply using AI tools and channeled their curiosity into an enabler mindset by identifying new ways of working, navigating risk and transforming complex problems into practical and impactful solutions. Delivered across multiple locations, each session built momentum through shared learning and real world application.
