We just wrapped up an incredible month of conversation, connection and growth across our APAC offices to celebrate International Women's Day. From Shanghai to Sydney, our employee networks embraced the theme #GivetoGain, hosting over 10 initiatives dedicated to empowering our teams and fostering a more inclusive workplace. A few highlights from the month: 🌟 Singapore: A powerful panel discussion on leadership and community impact. 🌟 Hong Kong: Interactive roundtables focused on career visibility. 🌟 India: The launch of a 12-week leadership skills program to help colleagues thrive. 🌟 Japan: An inspiring session at the intersection of finance, media and technology. 🌟 China, Australia and New Zealand: Wellness initiatives and lunch sessions focused on lived experiences. Beyond the formal events, the real impact came from the small-group discussions and 1:1 coaching where colleagues shared their journeys with honesty and heart.
