Recently, UBC Sauder hosted the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Demo Day Reception, bringing together student and alumni founders, mentors, supporters, and partners for an evening of ideas, conversation, and connection. Guests had the opportunity to meet student teams, explore venture ideas, and see experiential learning in action. From early-stage concepts to thoughtful problem-solving, the reception reflected the creativity and entrepreneurial mindset being built across the UBC Sauder community. As Dean Darren Dahl shared, “What makes these courses powerful isn’t just the curriculum—it’s the mindset they build. Students learn to experiment, to take risks, to collaborate across disciplines, and to push against the status quo.” Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate student innovation and entrepreneurship at UBC Sauder.
